As a follow up from a project five years ago in Minneapolis, professional snowmobile swiss army knife Levi LaVallee brought his bag of tricks to the city of Duluth. Within a three month period we developed the storyboards, secured permits, coordinated with Police, Coast Guard, Emergency personnel, private land owners and the port to shoot 14 different locations in eight days.
